Privacy notice

Last updated: October 27, 2026 · Lee este aviso en español

This notice explains how La Última handles your personal data under Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP). The Spanish version is the official one.

Who is responsible for your data

La Última, an Airbnb setup service in Mexico City (Ciudad de México, México), is responsible for your personal data. Our privacy contact, who handles every request about your data, is reachable at hola@laultimabach.com.

The data we collect

We don't ask for sensitive personal data. Please leave it out of the free-text fields.

What we use it for

Purposes that don't require your consent, because they're needed to give you what you ask for:

Purposes that require your consent: sending you trip ideas, offers or news. We do this only if you say yes, and you can stop it at any time.

No automated decisions: a person reads every request.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. If we ever wanted to share it for a purpose that needs your consent, we would ask you first, and you can accept or decline.

This website

We use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks in aggregate, and we may use the Meta pixel to measure our ads. Both use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. The booking form is run by Tally and is also covered by Tally's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, limit its use or disclosure, and withdraw your consent. Email hola@laultimabach.com with your name, what you're asking for and a way to reach you. We reply within 20 business days, a period we can extend once by the same length when justified, and we carry out what we agreed within 15 business days after replying.

If you believe your data protection rights were infringed, you can file a solicitud de protección de datos with the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, or the authority that replaces it, within 15 business days after our reply (Article 40 of the LFPDPPP).

How long we keep it

Requests that never become a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as Mexican tax law requires.
