Booking and paying
When do we book, and how do we pay?
Book right after you book your Airbnb, since spring weekends fill first. A 50% deposit holds your date and the balance is due 14 days before check-in. Every guest can pay their own share by link.
What if we cancel or change dates?
Thirty days or more before check-in, you get your deposit back. Closer than that, we move your deposit to new dates once. The details are in our booking terms.
Is IVA included?
Yes. Every price on our site includes Mexico's 16% IVA.
What if we have more than 10 people?
No problem. Each package adds a small per-guest amount for the extra bags and stocking. The calculator on the packages page shows your total.
Will someone speak English with us?
Yes. We answer you in English on email and WhatsApp, and we handle the Spanish with your host and the stores.
Your Airbnb
How do you get in before we arrive?
Through your host: a lockbox code, the building's doorman or an early check-in. We confirm access in Spanish before we take your deposit, so it's settled before you fly.
What if our host says no to early access?
You hear it from us before you pay. We'll offer a setup timed right after check-in, or a plan that works for your host. You never find out at the door.
Will it damage the Airbnb?
No. No tape on paint, no confetti, no glitter. Freestanding frames and removable hooks only, and takedown is included in every package.
Which neighborhoods do you cover?
Roma Norte, Condesa, Juárez and Polanco, where most groups stay. Booked somewhere else in the city? Send us your dates and the address.
The setup
Do you buy the alcohol?
Yes. Send us your list and we build the order. You pay the store directly at cost, and we receive it and stock the fridge and bar before you arrive.
What's in the welcome bag?
Each bag has a guest's name on it, with a hangover kit, a sleep mask and a mezcal mini inside. It comes with La Llegada and La Última, and you can add it to La Bienvenida for $35 per guest.
Can we pick a theme?
Yes. Pick Last Rodeo, Disco Bride, Margs Before Marriage or The Bride Club, or send your own colors and a Pinterest board. The letters, her sign and the details all follow it.
Do you do balloon arches?
We keep it to balloon letters, a photo corner and the personal details: names on the cups and bags, her veil, the groom faces. It fits any Airbnb and comes down clean at checkout.
What time will it be ready?
By your check-in time, whether you land on time or not. A delayed flight, a long line at immigration or traffic from the airport changes nothing. It's waiting for you.
Birthdays, girls trips and the groom's crew
Do you do birthdays and girls trips?
Yes, same setup with a different banner: FELIZ CUMPLE for the birthday, LAS CHICAS DE for the girls trip.
Do you set up for bachelor parties?
Yes. For the groom's crew we set up bachelor weekends the same way, with the bar stocked and a banner with his name. Just ask.
