Do I have to offer early check-in?
No. We set up before check-in when you allow it, or right after the group checks in when you don't.
What if something gets damaged?
Our setup uses no tape on paint, no confetti and no glitter, and we take everything down at checkout. Damage the group causes during the stay is handled between you and your guests, as with any booking.
Who will be in my apartment?
Our setup team, during the window you approve. We confirm names and timing with you ahead of the day.
